About The Position

As the Partner Sales Manager, you will be working in tandem with the Cloud Platform Strategy team, field sales, marketing and alliances teams. You will be responsible for nurturing & growing, recruiting, onboarding and enabling partners into the Aqua CNAPP solution for strategic regions in EMEA. In addition, you will be required to nurture and grow the existing partners within UK&I, Benelux and France regions.

  • Build and execute against comprehensive go-to-market plans that include; recruitment, enablement, sales teams alignment, executive alignment, account mapping, marketing, product promotion and lead generation
  • Identify regional impactful and influential contacts with the cloud marketplace partners and channel partners who are responsible for the customer relationships within the region
  • Foster and nurture strong relationships between executive management, marketing, finance and technical
  • Enable the partners to sell, perform demos where available
  • Managing the deal registrations and opportunities with partners within region; qualification, tracking and sales cycle management
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows as required
  • Provide enablement to the Aqua sales teams regarding partner’s programs and offerings
  • Manage all legal contracts and sales processes within the defined territory

Requirements

  • Experience of building partner communities within EMEA – ideally a minimum of 5 years in technology or security sales, in addition to channel sales experience
  • An understanding of container security and the technology players within this space
  • Capable and experienced in running sales cycles in tandem with sales account managers or alone
  • Existing relationships with regional VARS, consulting and MSSP partners such as Computacenter, Softcat, NTT and others
  • Comfortable in engaging with senior level partner executives
  • Must be a self-starter who is comfortable in a start-up environment
  • An understanding of container security and the technology players within this space would be a bonus
  • Languages – fluent in spoken and written English. A second language would be beneficial
  • Estimated 50% travel across the region
